United States at 62 Portland RD, STE 25A, KENNEBUNK, ME 04043.
We operate the website NebulousDataServices.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and
services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
This privacy policy does not pertain to other Company products or services where a separate privacy
policy exists.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Notice," "Notice," "Policy") for Nebulous Data Services LLC describes how and
why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("Process") your information when you use our services ("Services").
This policy does not apply to:
- Data controlled by our Customers
- Non-personal data derived from personal data (statistical data, de-identified data)
- Unaffiliated sites (links) and/or services that are accessible from our Services
If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, or you believe utilizing our
Services would violate your right to privacy, do not use our Services.
WE ARE A SERVICE PROVIDER
We provide educational institutions (public/private schools, vocational schools, colleges,
universities, etc.), start-ups, private businesses, government agencies (federal, state, local), and other
organizations ("Customers", "Clients) with digital products and/or services including but not limited to software/web
applications, websites, digital media, and data processing. Our Clients decide what types of information (sometimes
personal data) to collect and process on behalf of their organizations. This Policy does not describe the manner in
which your personal data is utilized by our Clients. We encourage you to review the Customer's data privacy policy
before using our Services.
DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date this Privacy Policy was last updated
is identified at the top of the page. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. It is your
responsibility to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are processing and protecting your
information. Your continued use of the Services after revisions to our Privacy Policy is deemed to be acceptance of
the revised terms.
WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM USERS?
Data collected from users might include but is not limited to:

- comply with a government or regulatory request
- protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, Clients, users, or others
The Client dictates what PII is requested and/or collected from you and other users.
We do not sell or share your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
WHO DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO?
We may disclose information (sometimes PII) we collect to:
trusted Service Providers or third parties essential to the functionality and security of our Services who are bound
by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential. Such Service Providers and third parties might include but are
not limited to;
- web hosting providers
- data storage centers
- cybersecurity companies
- buyers, inheritors, or successors of the Company
- law enforcement, federal and/or state agencies (to comply with a court order, law, or legal process)
- other parties when you give your consent
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. Users under the age of 16
are prohibited from accessing our Services in regards to this Site.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account
registration process, log in procedures and form submission (always use the https:// URL prefix when visiting our Sites).
Other security safeguards may include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls
to buildings and files.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Our Clients control how long users' information is stored and/or processed by our Services. Once our
Client's contract is terminated and corresponding obligations are met, users' PII collected by the Company or on behalf of the Client is destroyed.
DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track
("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online
browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any
other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online
tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version
of this privacy notice.
